Are the art prints limited edition? Yes, each edition comprises 25-50 pieces to ensure exclusivity and collector's value – with a certificate of authenticity from the artist.
What materials do you use? We use premium fine art papers such as Hahnemühle for durable, gallery-quality prints in various sizes.

How long does shipping take? Production takes 2-3 business days, shipping within the EU takes 3-5 business days – free and insured.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, free shipping within the EU; outside the EU upon request.

Is there a return policy? Personalized art prints are excluded from the right of withdrawal; however, if you are dissatisfied, we will of course explore amicable solutions.
What happens in case of damage? Report the damage within 14 days with a photo – we will send a replacement or a voucher (no cash refund).
Return policy
We create each piece of art individually for you with the utmost care. Therefore, returns are generally not accepted.
However, should your product arrive damaged, defective, or of inferior quality, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, we will offer you a straightforward solution, either in the form of a replacement or a voucher for the purchase price to be used in our online shop.
Please note that cash refunds are not possible.
To process your request, we will need photos of the defect and your order number. We strive to assist you quickly and fairly so that you can enjoy your artwork for a long time.
